INE publishes, by municipality, new family-housing dwellings licensed and new dwellings completed. An approved licence is not a dwelling started and not a dwelling completed. The figures are by municipality: they don't show works on a street or at an address. In some municipalities we also show named projects, where we verified a public source. The list is not complete.

The INE figures on this page are by municipality and by year or by 12-month period. They do not describe works on a street. Named projects are a separate list, only where we verified a public source.
Each figure shows its source and period. When INE does not publish the value, we show “No data”.
What these figures are
Approved licences for new family-housing dwellings in the last 12 months, by municipality, and the count for the previous 12 months. Rehabilitation is not included. Licensed does not mean started or completed.
New family-housing dwellings completed in the latest year published by INE, and the count for the year before. They are not that year’s licences brought to completion.
The verified-projects list appears where a public source exists. Each entry has its source and the date it was checked. It is not a complete list. The INE counts cover all 308 municipalities and include works that are not on this list.
Announced, plan approved, subdivision approved, licensed, under construction, on sale, completed. We only assign a stage when we have a document that shows it.
